WHO WE ARE

I began my career in the technology industry over 25 years ago and have held several leadership roles including EVP of Sales and Global Account Management, Chief Customer Officer, and CEO. My love for go-to-market strategy and execution began in the late 90s when I worked for an MSP provider selling application outsourcing to CIOs . The challenges they faced at that time were keeping pace with business demand, controlling costs and shifting teams toward a services mindset. This created a “run IT like a business” focus within most technology organizations.

Soon cloud computing grew which accelerated the adoption of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery models. I’ve spent twelve years of my career as a global business operator for a private equity-backed SaaS company where I learned about growth and scale along with EBITDA and efficiency.  I’ve successfully led teams through the private equity journey, and navigated the entire lifecycle of startup to IPO, then a “take private” which led to acquisition by a large strategic.  Bottomline, I understand the playbook and have a proven record for value creation.

Today I lead Espeut Consulting Inc. (ECI). We are a strategic advisory and consulting firm that transforms performance into value. We serve our clients through value creation in two areas:

• Technology Business Management/FinOps
